When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

Unfortunately, we are not able to administer additional purchases or combined shipping. One order = one shipping fee.
Quickbutik's automatic configurations and settings do not allow products to be reserved in the shopping basket, thus products in the shopping basket may be lost/reset to zero while the order is in progress, for example due to high purchase pressure.
When ordering, you agree to the purchase and delivery conditions stated here. We reserve the right to any changes in delivery time.
3. Delivery - Now also within EU!
All orders between 17/11-5/1 are pre-orders and will start to be shipped from 5/1-24 in the order they came.
Orders from 5/1 will be delivered as normal.
Our normal delivery time is 5-7 working days. Some delay in shipment can occur during high season, that is January.
We always strive for a normal delivery time, however, changes to the estimated delivery time may occur. The delivery time is updated here in our delivery conditions, please see delivery conditions for questions.
Your order is sent with Postnord to your mailbox. If it does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive a notification from Postnord about the delivery location. Shipping cost of SEK 69 is added.
We take no responsibility for delivery delays/undelivered packages caused by Postnord. After we deliver the package to Postnord, it is the post office that takes responsibility and it is thus out of our control. We always try to be accommodating in such an event, so do not hesitate to contact us if more than 4 working days have passed since you received the delivery notification, if you are missing your package and have not received notification from Postnord, we will try to help you.
For unclaimed letters or parcels, we charge you for our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling.

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. Shipping cost of SEK 69 is added.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must contact us and announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us [email protected]. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. For more on the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
6. Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, together with a dated image.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, your address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error and attach a dated image.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

We take no responsibility for damages that may occur due to mail delivery by Postnord.
We take no responsibility for delivery delays/undelivered packages caused by Postnord. After we have submitted the package to Postnord, it is the post office that takes responsibility and is thus out of our control. We always try to be accommodating in such an event.
We take no responsibility for delivery delays/undelivered packages caused by an incorrect address.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
We take no responsibility for cultivation results as each customer's handling of the product (seeds), cultivation method and care as well as the condition of the cultivation area, conditions and external factors such as weather are beyond our control.
We take no responsibility if the appearance of the end result (the flower) (e.g. color, shape and height) differs from the images, as image quality and color reproduction of images also depend on individual settings and screens, and that weather, conditions/conditions of the cultivation area and approach are beyond our control.
Products in the shopping basket are not reserved, therefore we take no responsibility in cases where goods are lost/reset to zero in the shopping basket due to being sold out, as quickbutik's automatic configurations and settings are beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.
